Wellbeing Packages
Improving employees physical, mental and social well-being with outdoor services for companies
Kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, yoga and motion in nature ... possible outdoor activities for companies.
For the majority of companies in Silkeborg municipality, Denmark's Outdoor Capital is about employee well-being, which can be physical, mental and social.
That is why the Outdoor Institute is developing three well-being packages focusing on physical, mental and social well-being, which make it easy for companies to use the outdoors as a well-being tool.
Each well-being package will contain concrete outdoor activities as well as knowledge about the good effects associated with the well-being package, and the packages will be developed in cooperation with local subcontractors.
The well-being packages will be launched in cooperation with Silkeborg Business, which can activate its strong business network and information channels towards relevant companies.
