Evaluation of benefits
Consolidation of benefits
Evidence-based practice approach
Do citizens on sick leave return to work more quickly as a result of nature-based interventions? Is it possible to help socially vulnerable citizens through weekly activities in nature?
Is outdoor cardiac rehabilitation more effective compared to indoor rehabilitation?
It would be interesting to find answers to these kinds of questions!
Collaboration and knowledge base
In the Outdoor Institute we work closely together with municipalities, knowledge and interest organizations. We have an in-depth knowledge from both research field and practice field regarding the effectiveness of nature-based interventions.
We conduct both qualitative and quantitative evaluations based on interviews, questionnaires, participant observation, etc.
