Through outdoor we strengthen health, quality of life, well-being and growth
How we create results together
As the Outdoor Capital, we are required to create value for all stakeholders and audiences. The Outdoor Institute has a crucial role in this ambition and will strengthen the ongoing development of Silkeborg as Denmark's Outdoor Capital.
Knowledge sharing, a contributor to success
At the Outdoor Institute, we support the value creation of the outdoors in a wide range of health and well-being related areas. We create the optimal framework for knowledge sharing and embedding, so that outdoor can have a lasting impact on society as a whole.
Initiatives which make a valuable impact
We believe in the increased integration of the outdoors into our everyday lives through improved well-being and welfare in society. We see this as creating social and environmental sustainability and balancing the use and protection of our unique natural environment.
This is how we realise Denmark's Outdoor Capital ...
... with use of outdoor in three main areas: Wellfare, Knowledge & Growth, and Leisure & Nature
